Senior Product Manager – Fintech Squad

Naboo is hiring!

About

Naboo is the smart, all-in-one concierge for corporate events — helping companies book everything from venues and catering to transportation and team-building activities. Whether it’s a business lunch or a full-blown annual retreat, Naboo makes it happen smoothly and in style.

Behind the scenes, our platform uses AI-powered automation to eliminate the tedious admin and repetitive tasks no one wants to deal with. The result? Less time chasing invoices and emails, more time focusing on what really matters: creating unforgettable moments.

After closing our third funding round in 2024, we’re scaling fast — because let’s face it: the corporate event space is long overdue for a shake-up. Budgets are growing, but tools and workflows haven’t evolved in decades. We're here to change that.

And in a world transformed by remote and hybrid work, real human connection has become a business imperative. From fostering a sense of belonging to building loyalty and culture, in-person events are now essential touchpoints — not just perks.

With intelligent planning, full financial transparency, and a sleek user experience, Naboo is rewriting the rules of corporate event management. We’re not just making events easier to organize — we’re making them matter more than ever.

Job Description

🚀 The Context
Naboo is scaling fast. We have secured our Series B, established ourselves as a leader in France, and are now setting our sights on the US & UK markets.

We are transitioning from a "move fast and break things" startup to a structured, world-class technology company.

To support this hyper-growth, our financial backbone must be flawless. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Fintech vertical.

You won't just be shipping features; you will be building the Financial Operating System that powers millions of euros in transactions between corporate clients and thousands of partners worldwide.

🎯 The Mission
Reporting directly to the Group Product Manager, you will be the owner of the Fintech Squad. Your goal is to transform our financial infrastructure from a "bottleneck" to a "competitive advantage".

You will work hand-in-hand with the Group Product Manager and the Head of Finance to co-design the strategy, ensuring that every technical decision supports our business scalability.

Key Challenges for the next 12-18 months:

  • Go Global: Build a robust Multi-Currency architecture to support our expansion in the US & UK.

  • Smart Spending: Scale our Virtual Corporate Cards program tailored for Event Managers.

  • Compliance at Scale: Automate KYB (Know Your Business), tax handling, and invoicing across 6+ legal entities.

  • Zero-Defect Reliability: Ensure our invoicing and payment flows are "Right First Time". In Fintech, 99% accuracy is not enough.

🛠️ What you will do

  • Collaborative Strategy: You don't work in a silo. You co-construct the Fintech roadmap with the Group PM and the Head of Finance, balancing "Keep the lights on" reliability with "New Business" innovation.

  • Deep Fintech Discovery: You dive deep into accounting logic, banking APIs, and legal constraints. You speak the same language as our Finance team and can translate complex regulations into clear product requirements.

  • High-Standard Delivery: Lead your squad (Devs + Product Designer) using the Shape Up methodology. You write pitch-perfect specs and accept nothing less than pixel-perfect (and logic-perfect) releases.

  • Third-Party Integration: Manage complex integrations with ERPs, procurement tools (Coupa, SAP), and banking providers.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years specifically in Fintech (B2B SaaS, Neobank, Payment Service Provider, or Accounting tool).

  • Fintech Native: You understand the mechanics of payments, ledgering, reconciliation, and interchange fees. You know that a float is not just a swimming device.

  • Team Player: You are comfortable reporting to a GPM and working closely with non-tech stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Ops). You know how to align conflicting interests.

  • Rigorous & Structured: You are obsessed with edge cases. You know that a bug in a payment flow is a trust-killer.

  • English First: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (our ambition is global).

🎁 What we offer

  • Key role in a Series B scale-up with clear "product-market fit".

  • Opportunity to build a "Bank-grade" product within an event platform.

  • Competitive package (Salary + BSPCE).

  • High agency culture: We hire smart people to tell us what to do, not the other way around.

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: Screening Call with the CPO (30 min): Align on expectations, role, and vision.

  • Step 2: Past Project Review with the Product & Tech Team (90 min): A deep dive into a significant professional project you led. No take-home case study; we want to see how you tackled real-world challenges.

  • Step 3: Culture Fit Interview with Co-founders (60 min): Discussing values, ambition, and team dynamics.

Additional Information

  • Contract Type: Full-Time
  • Start Date: 05 January 2026
  • Location: Paris
  • Education Level: Master's Degree
  • Experience: > 4 years
