The platform utilises AI in the back-end to automate any administrative and/or low value-added tasks through Tech and AI automation. It received its second funding round in 2023.

The event organisation space is ripe for disruption. Despite corporations increasing their event budgets, the sector remains anchored in outdated concierge models and software that hasn't evolved in decades.

Naboo is redefining this landscape by introducing automation that streamlines event planning while elevating the experience for organisers and attendees alike. By prioritising financial transparency and compliance, Naboo is not just making event management easier—it's setting a new standard for the industry.

There's been an explosion of team-building activities and in-person events due to the rise of remote work. It's all about fostering social interaction, creating a feeling of belonging, which engenders employee loyalty and commitment!

Who are we?

Naboo is the leading B2B platform for organizing corporate events — from team seminars to large annual gatherings. In 4 years, we've grown from 4 founders to more than 200 employees, with 4 fundraising rounds under our belt, including a $70M Series B led by Lightspeed in 2026.

The tech team

50 people — Tech, Product, Data, QA, Design — organized into autonomous squads using the Shape Up method, each responsible for a key domain:

  • Offer — the tools that allow our partners (venues, caterers, service providers) to manage their offering and their requests
  • Acquisition — the visitor-to-lead journey, from discovering Naboo to the first point of contact
  • Conversion — the transactional heart of the platform, from request to validated quote
  • Finance & Procurement — billing, budget tracking, and procurement workflows on the client side
  • Enjoy — the experience of attendees and organizers around the event itself

Profil recherché

The role

By joining Naboo as a Senior Product Engineer, you'll join one of our product squads based on your profile and current priorities.

🎯 Your responsibilities:

  • Design and ship features from discovery through to impact validation
  • Maintain a high level of quality, performance, and robustness
  • Actively take part in team rituals: code review, delivery sync, project sync, retrospectives, 1:1s
  • Support less experienced profiles on best practices

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in fullstack development
  • A genuine sense of product and business: you understand the impact of what you build
  • 2 years of experience in technical project management
  • Strong command of React / Next.js
  • Strong command of Node.js / NestJS
  • Comfortable with MongoDB and GraphQL and the associated performance challenges
  • Autonomy and a sense of responsibility
  • Good written and spoken communication in English
