Senior Product Designer – B2B SaaS

Naboo is hiring!

About

Naboo is the smart, all-in-one concierge for corporate events — helping companies book everything from venues and catering to transportation and team-building activities. Whether it’s a business lunch or a full-blown annual retreat, Naboo makes it happen smoothly and in style.

Behind the scenes, our platform uses AI-powered automation to eliminate the tedious admin and repetitive tasks no one wants to deal with. The result? Less time chasing invoices and emails, more time focusing on what really matters: creating unforgettable moments.

After closing our third funding round in 2024, we’re scaling fast — because let’s face it: the corporate event space is long overdue for a shake-up. Budgets are growing, but tools and workflows haven’t evolved in decades. We're here to change that.

And in a world transformed by remote and hybrid work, real human connection has become a business imperative. From fostering a sense of belonging to building loyalty and culture, in-person events are now essential touchpoints — not just perks.

With intelligent planning, full financial transparency, and a sleek user experience, Naboo is rewriting the rules of corporate event management. We’re not just making events easier to organize — we’re making them matter more than ever.

Job Description

🚀 The Context
Naboo is scaling fast. We have secured our €20M Series B, established ourselves as a leader in France, and are now setting our sights on the US & UK markets. We are transitioning from a “move fast and break things” startup to a structured, world-class technology company.

In the Product Team, our obsession is to make complex B2B workflows feel as simple and delightful as a B2C consumer app.

To support this ambition, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join one of our Squads.

🎯 The Mission
Reporting to the Lead Product Designer, you will work within a cross-functional Squad (PM + Tech + Design).

You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle of your vertical: from deep user discovery to high-fidelity UI delivery.

You won't just "make screens"; you will solve complex business problems through design.

Key Challenges for the next 12-18 months:

  • Simplify Complexity: We handle quotes, invoices, multi-currency payments, and logistics. Your job is to hide this complexity behind an intuitive interface.

  • US Standard UI: We want to compete with the best US SaaS products. "Good enough" is not enough. We aim for pixel-perfect execution and "wow" effects.

  • Design System at Scale: Contribute to maintaining and evolving our Design System to ensure consistency across our growing suite of products (Web & Mobile).

🛠️ Main Responsibilities
User Discovery & UX Strategy

  • Partner with your PM to conduct user interviews and analyze data (Mixpanel/Hotjar).

  • Map out user flows, information architecture, and wireframes to solve friction points.

  • Turn abstract problems into clear, logical solutions.

High-Fidelity UI Craft

  • Produce stunning, high-quality interfaces using Figma.

  • Ensure your designs are not only beautiful but also accessible and feasible.

  • Prototype interactions to communicate your vision clearly to developers and stakeholders.

Shape Up Delivery

  • Work in 6-week cycles following the Shape Up methodology.

  • Collaborate daily with Engineers to ensure the final implementation matches the design specs (Design QA).

  • Document your work to ensure smooth handoffs.

Design System & Operations

  • Actively contribute to our component library.

  • Evangelize design culture within the company.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or complex web applications.

  • Strong Portfolio: You can walk us through real case studies where you solved complex problems. We want to see the "Why" and "How," not just the final UI.

  • Figma Wizard: You master Auto-layout, Variables, and Prototyping. You know how to keep a file clean.

  • Tech-Savvy: You understand how HTML/CSS works. You know the constraints of development and design with feasibility in mind.

  • English First: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Bonus: Experience with Shape Up or similar agile frameworks.

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: Screening Call with the CPO (30 min) – Align on expectations, role, and vision.

  • Step 2: Portfolio Review with the Product Design Team (90 min) – A deep dive into a significant professional project you led. No take-home exercise; we want to see your real-world process and impact.

  • Step 3: Culture Fit Interview with Co-founders (60 min) – Discussing values, ambition, and team dynamics.

Additional Information

  • Contract Type: Full-Time
  • Start Date: 05 January 2026
  • Location: Paris
  • Experience: > 4 years
