Job Description

Naboo is expanding its team in Barcelona and is currently looking for its next SDR Team Lead.

We are looking for someone who is either already based in Barcelona or is willing to relocate by the end of the year.

The team was created in March 2024 and currently consists of around 15 SDRs working across multiple markets (France, UK, US, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and others to come).

The challenge is substantial: recruiting, training, and developing an international team managing both inbound and outbound efforts in all the countries where Naboo operates.

The next Team Lead will be responsible for continuing to build the SDR strategy, evolving processes, challenging current practices, and demonstrating a high level of professional maturity.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit an international team, including interns, full-time employees, and freelancers, based on the different prospecting segments.

  • Train new team members on cold calling, BANT qualification methodology, and tools (primarily HubSpot).

  • Manage lead lists in close collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Develop the SDR team's skills to create a tailored career path for each profile.

  • Provide weekly reports to the executive team on performance through dashboards.

This position requires a strong leadership capacity to drive performance and a high level of adaptability in a fast-growing environment. English proficiency is a must.

Preferred Experience

  • If you have experience as a Team Lead SDR, AE, or KAM and are looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing startup, this opportunity is for you!

  • We are looking for someone who speaks fluent English, with an additional language (French or others) being a plus.

  • You are methodical, detail-oriented, and have a strong affinity for numbers. You know how to pass on knowledge, coach, and manage a multilingual team, all while adapting to the demands of a rapidly growing organization.
