Sales Development Representative (SDR) - North America

Naboo is hiring!

About

Naboo is the smart, all-in-one concierge for corporate events — helping companies book everything from venues and catering to transportation and team-building activities. Whether it’s a business lunch or a full-blown annual retreat, Naboo makes it happen smoothly and in style.

Behind the scenes, our platform uses AI-powered automation to eliminate the tedious admin and repetitive tasks no one wants to deal with. The result? Less time chasing invoices and emails, more time focusing on what really matters: creating unforgettable moments.

After closing our third funding round in 2024, we’re scaling fast — because let’s face it: the corporate event space is long overdue for a shake-up. Budgets are growing, but tools and workflows haven’t evolved in decades. We're here to change that.

And in a world transformed by remote and hybrid work, real human connection has become a business imperative. From fostering a sense of belonging to building loyalty and culture, in-person events are now essential touchpoints — not just perks.

With intelligent planning, full financial transparency, and a sleek user experience, Naboo is rewriting the rules of corporate event management. We’re not just making events easier to organize — we’re making them matter more than ever.

Job Description

🚀 About Naboo
Naboo is the AI-powered event procurement platform that helps companies plan and book corporate offsites, team retreats, and business events, all in one place.

Think of it as the modern, tech-driven alternative to traditional event agencies: AI expert planners, 10,000+ curated venues, 5,000+ catering partners, instant quotes, transparent pricing, and a single cart for everything.

Trusted by companies like Google, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Amazon, Société Générale, and Thales, Naboo has quickly become the go-to platform for corporate events in Europe. After raising a $70M Series B led by Lightspeed, we're now expanding aggressively into North America, and Montreal is our launchpad.

This is a rare opportunity to join as our first SDR on the North American market and play a foundational role in building Naboo's presence across the US and Canada.

Your Role

As our first North America SDR, you won't just be filling a seat. You'll be pioneering our outbound motion on a brand-new continent. Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, your mission is to generate qualified pipeline by prospecting Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts across the US and Canada.

You'll have the unfair advantage of selling a product that any company can use for free, across every industry. That makes outreach, objection handling, and demos genuinely rewarding.

What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting: Execute strategic, multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, creative touchpoints) targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects across North America

  • Become a product expert: Deeply understand Naboo's platform, our buyer personas (Office Managers, HR Leaders, Executive Assistants, Chief of Staff), and the corporate events landscape

  • Qualify and convert: Conduct discovery calls and product demos using established qualification criteria, then hand off warm opportunities to Account Executives

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing: Collaborate closely to design and launch targeted outbound campaigns, share market insights, and refine messaging for the NA market

  • Pioneer the playbook: As the first SDR in North America, contribute to building the processes, sequences, and best practices that will scale the team

  • Share knowledge: Support the enablement of future SDRs by documenting learnings and coaching new hires as the team grows

Preferred Experience

Must-Haves

  • Native or near-native English speaker: you'll be prospecting C-suite and senior decision-makers across the US and Canada

  • 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales development or B2B outbound: you know what it takes to book meetings and exceed quota

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound targets: activity metrics, pipeline generated, meetings booked

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: articulate, confident, and consultative on calls and in writing

  • Hunter mindset: goal-oriented, resilient, and energized by the challenge of opening a new market

  • Organized and data-driven: comfortable using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Outreach, Apollo, or similar)

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada

Nice-to-Haves

  • French language skills (a plus for the Montreal office, not required)

  • Experience selling into HR, Office Management, or Events personas

  • Familiarity with the corporate events or hospitality industry

  • Experience in an early-stage startup or scale-up environment

  • Additional languages are welcome

Why Naboo ?

Our platform can be used for free by any company, and our solution applies to every single industry. This means less friction in outreach, more engaging conversations, and a genuinely rewarding sales cycle. Your mission? Convince prospects to give the platform a try.

You're joining at the most exciting inflection point: a well-funded Series B company ($70M raised, backed by Lightspeed) expanding into the largest corporate events market in the world. The playbook is yours to write.

  • The Culture

Naboo is 230+ people across Paris, Barcelona, London, and now Montreal. We're ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about building something that changes how organizations manage their events. You'll work alongside experienced sales leaders and be part of a dynamic, international team.
