Naboo’s corporate event concierge service enables the booking of venues, catering, transportation, team-building activities for everything from business meals to seminars to large-scale annual retreats.

The platform utilises AI in the back-end to automate any administrative and/or low value-added tasks through Tech and AI automation. It received its second funding round in 2023.

The event organisation space is ripe for disruption. Despite corporations increasing their event budgets, the sector remains anchored in outdated concierge models and software that hasn't evolved in decades.

Naboo is redefining this landscape by introducing automation that streamlines event planning while elevating the experience for organisers and attendees alike. Job Description

Tasks as a Sales Assistant

  • Supporting the sales team with major enquiries and target customers: Researching suitable locations or complementary services (activities, catering, transport) to fulfil specific customer requests. Transfer of offers and general support of the sales team.

Tasks as a Sales Assistant

  • Co-organisation of internal processes

  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members

  • Participation in the further development of our product

  • Participate in strategic discussions around sales and Naboo's overall strategy

Preferred Experience

Your profile

  • You have determination, good listening skills and a desire to develop, take responsibility and make a real contribution to the commercial success of the organisation.

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish (or another Scandinavian language) and English (mandatory) .

  • You are diligent and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • You have a hands-on attitude and a desire to actively contribute to an ambitious project.

  • You are able to adapt your way of working flexibly and quickly when needed.

Recruitment Process

1st interview: First meeting with the Juliette, International Expansion Lead (15 minutes)

2nd interview: Exchange with a member of an international sales team (approx. 30-45 minutes)

3rd interview: Speed dating with 4-5 team members from different departments at Naboo (approx. 15 minutes each) - an informal exchange during which you will gain an insight into our corporate culture.
