Descriptif du poste

In collaboration with our experienced team, your role will be to identify new business opportunities while strengthening our relationships with clients. You will play a key role 🔑 in converting a lead into a satisfied client. To achieve this, you’ll need to understand the client’s specific needs, establish transparent and trustworthy relationships, and facilitate their journey through the sales cycle until deals are closed 💪

Throughout this exciting journey, here are the tasks that will be assigned to you :

🎯 Your responsibilities:

  • Assist clients (firm requests, obtained via marketing or repeat clients) in finding solutions for their seminar/team-building needs through the Naboo product and collection.

  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing or SDR, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within the client account.

  • Suggest improvements for internal processes.

  • Participate in product development.

  • Contribute to strategic thinking at Naboo.

  • Train new arrivals.

  • The job does not involve cold prospecting.

Profil recherché

💙 You’re the ideal candidate if:

  • You have prior experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a startup or scale-up.

  • You are a graduate (Bac+5 or equivalent).

  • You speak English at B2-C1 level 🇬🇧.

  • You are a native French speaker.

Process de recrutement

  1. Qualification with a senior sales team member (15-30 min).

  2. Interview with a sales manager (1 hour).

  3. Speed dating with 3-4 random Naboo team members (15 min each).

  4. Final discussion with the Head of Sales.
