⚠️⚠️ Native Italian Speaker with a Sales Background ! ⚠️⚠️

As a Sales rep for the Italian Market,

You will have a key role… 🔑 turning a lead into a satisfied customer. To achieve this, you will need to understand the clients’ specific needs, build transparent and trusting relationships, and guide them through the sales cycle to successfully close deals 💪.

During this exciting journey, here are the tasks you will take on:

  • Support clients (firm requests obtained via marketing or repeat customers) in finding solutions for their team retreat needs using the Naboo product and collection.

  • Qualify leads provided by marketing or SDRs, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within client accounts.

  • Suggest improvements to internal processes.

  • Contribute to product development.

  • Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.

  • Train new team members.

Profil recherché

💙 You’re the ideal candidate if:

  • Italian – C2 (Native/Bilingual Proficiency)

  • Proficient in English (C1 level)

  • You have initial experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a start-up or scale-up.

Process de recrutement

  1. First round: 15-min interview with Country Manager

  2. Second round: 1-hour business case with a Sales Manager

  3. Third round: speed dating (1:1 meeting with 4-5 persons randomly chosen for a culture fit)

  4. Fourth round: 1:1 meeting with CEO
