About Us We are building a platform for organizing professional events where users can book a venue, catering, team-building activities, and transportation—all in one place. Today, there is no all-inclusive solution for professional group travel: it is the Product team's mission at Naboo to build it. In a nutshell: we strive to make very complicated processes very simple.
We embarked on this adventure 3 years ago and have grown into a team of 150 people representing over 12 nationalities. More than 200,000 employees have already traveled with Naboo, and we are now active across Europe. We are fueling our ambition following a new Series A fundraising of €20 million in January 2025.
The Role We are looking for a Product Manager Intern to join our 10-person Product team, working daily alongside our Tech team of 40 developers.
Main Responsibilities
1. Definition and Scoping (Shape)
Project Scoping: Collaborate with leadership teams and stakeholders to identify product needs and opportunities.
Breaking Down Projects: Deconstruct projects into clear, well-defined features while avoiding overly detailed specifications. Use the Shape Up model to "shape" projects aimed at a maximum six-week development cycle.
Risk & Constraint Identification: Analyze technical, human, and time constraints, and propose solutions to navigate them.
2. Planning and Coordination (Bet)
Project Prioritization: Work with teams to define priorities and select projects for the upcoming development cycle. Organize "bets" based on business value and feasibility.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure alignment of priorities with internal and external stakeholders and meet their expectations regarding results and deliverables.
3. Development Supervision (Build)
Roadmap Management: Track project progress throughout the development cycle. Ensure objectives defined during the scoping phase are met, adapting priorities if necessary.
Collaboration with Dev Teams: Work closely with technical teams to guarantee the proper execution of features, facilitating communication and adjusting scope if needed.
4. Test and Iteration (Cool-down)
Feedback & Adjustment: Organize testing sessions to gather user feedback and work with the team to adjust features based on the results.
Continuous Improvement: Use feedback to fuel product thinking, propose evolutions or fixes, and iterate on successive versions of features.
5. Performance Tracking (Impact)
Product Performance Measurement: Define key KPIs to measure the impact of products and new features after production release.
Reporting: Regularly communicate project progress, test results, and product impact to internal stakeholders and leadership.
6. Innovation & Vision (Watch)
Anticipating User Needs: Monitor market trends, technological evolutions, and user needs to guide the product roadmap.
New Ideas: Propose new product or feature ideas that add value to both users and the company.
