Naboo’s corporate event concierge service enables the booking of venues, catering, transportation, team-building activities for everything from business meals to seminars to large-scale annual retreats.

The platform utilises AI in the back-end to automate any administrative and/or low value-added tasks through Tech and AI automation. It received its second funding round in 2023.

The event organisation space is ripe for disruption. Despite corporations increasing their event budgets, the sector remains anchored in outdated concierge models and software that hasn't evolved in decades.

Naboo is redefining this landscape by introducing automation that streamlines event planning while elevating the experience for organisers and attendees alike. By prioritising financial transparency and compliance, Naboo is not just making event management easier—it's setting a new standard for the industry.

There's been an explosion of team-building activities and in-person events due to the rise of remote work. It's all about fostering social interaction, creating a feeling of belonging, which engenders employee loyalty and commitment!

Job Description

Naboo in a nutshell

Naboo is the platform reinventing how companies organize their events across Europe: offsites, team buildings, parties. Behind every event, there are dozens of partners to pay (venues, caterers, activities) across multiple countries and currencies. Our Fintech team builds and operates the payment rails that make all of this fast, seamless and profitable.

The role

You join the Fintech team to own partner disbursements: all payment flows to our partners, across every Naboo event, at a European scale. It is a high-impact role where you are both hands-on with the flows and a driver of their automation.

Your missions

  • Run and execute partner payment flows (venues, caterers, activities) at a European scale, across all Naboo events, on time and to the right amounts.

  • Roll out and grow our virtual cards solution. You drive its adoption and return.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Tech and Product to improve payment features, automate the end-to-end workflow and flag anomalies.

  • Support our internal team, client and partners with their payment questions, and keep the relationship smooth and professional.

What you will learn

You will get a concrete, front-row seat to a Fintech function in hypergrowth: multi-country and multi-currency flow management, modern payment products (virtual cards, cashback), process automation and direct collaboration with Product and Tech. You will see the impact of your work on revenue and on the experience of hundreds of partners.

Preferred Experience

  • Studying finance, business, engineering or a related field.
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented: on payment flows, a mistake shows immediately.
  • Comfortable with numbers, tools (advanced Excel, payment platforms) and the idea of automating rather than repeating.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset to support partners.
  • Fluent English is a must; another European language is a real plus given the international nature of the flows.
  • Autonomous, proactive and at ease in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • AI proficient and enthousiastic
