Descriptif du poste

As a UK SDR at Naboo, you are a key member bridging the Sales and Marketing teams!

Your role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads for our Account Executives (Sales), aiming to secure firm commitments for organizing seminars.

You will be provided with a list of marketing leads with varying levels of engagement. Your task is to reach out to each lead (starting with those showing the highest engagement) to obtain firm commitments for seminar organization.

Some additional info:

  • A growing SDR team that needs reinforcement.

  • New tools and processes are regularly tested to support you in the best way.

  • A new SEO strategy that will generate plenty of new opportunities!

Process de recrutement

  • Interview 1: Initial meeting with EugĂ©nie, SDR.

  • Interview 2: Conversation with a sales lead or the CEO.

  • Interview 3: Informal speed-dating (4-5 interviews, each lasting 15 minutes, with randomly selected team members, held at the office).
