Role & Responsibilities
Your mission is split into two exciting parts:
International HR Operations (90%)
You will handle the HR administration, onboarding logistics, and data management for all employees outside of France, in particular in Spain and Canada
Be the first point of contact for new international hires. Coordinate with IT to ensure laptops and access are ready on Day 1. Send out welcome kits and guide them through their first week.
Work with local partners or EOR platforms (like Deel or Multiplier) to prepare employment contracts, register new employees, and gather data for monthly payroll processing.
Keep our HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, PayFit) perfectly up to date. Track PTOs, sick leaves, and update organizational charts.
Act as the first line of support for international employees regarding basic HR questions (benefits, holidays, policies).
International Offices Management (10%)
You will be the "heart" of the Barcelona and Montreal offices, ensuring the workspace is welcoming and buzzing with the Naboo culture.
Ensure the offices are vibrant and inspiring places to work
Manage supplies, snacks, coffee, and local vendor relationships
Organize local office rituals (lunches, afterworks) to keep the team spirit high
Help coordinate visits from the Paris HQ or other international teams traveling to the Barcelona office
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive package : €30K to €45K depending on experience + benefits
