Role
As Head of People, your role will be to turn a group of talented individuals into a high-performance team globally and to design the organizational operating system that allows to scale our operations without losing our soul.
International Expansion & Compliance (The "Architect")
You will lead the "People" side of our existing and future offices, setting up local entities, defining compliant employment contracts, and navigating local labor laws
Build a robust, scalable and competitive compensation & benefits framework, to ensure our packages attract the top 1% talent in every geography
Design our mobility policy / program to facilitate internal transfers between our offices, handling all admin and people aspects: visas, relocation packages...
Talent Acquisition & Brand (The "Magnet")
You will structure the Talent Acquisition engine to hire 100+ profiles each year, from interns to senior international profiles: ex-Uber, ex-Booking, ex-Navan...
You will implement a rigorous "Bar Raiser" interview process, inspired by the most successful international scale ups and GAFAM to ensure we never lower our standards, even when hiring fast
You will make Naboo the #1 place to work in the Event-Tech space and you will own our reputation on Glassdoor and LinkedIn, showcasing our unique culture
3. Culture & Performance (The "Coach")
You will be the guardian of our culture and our rituals (offsites, afterworks, team buildings...) to ensure that as we grow and expand, we remain one team
You will lead our bi-annual 360° reviews, define clear career paths, building on our strong data-driven performance management culture
You will harmonize our People policies across time zones (remote work, nomad work...) to ensure a sales rep in Montreal feels as connected as a Dev in Paris.
