The platform utilises AI in the back-end to automate any administrative and/or low value-added tasks through Tech and AI automation. It received its second funding round in 2023.

The event organisation space is ripe for disruption. Despite corporations increasing their event budgets, the sector remains anchored in outdated concierge models and software that hasn't evolved in decades.

Naboo is redefining this landscape by introducing automation that streamlines event planning while elevating the experience for organisers and attendees alike. By prioritising financial transparency and compliance, Naboo is not just making event management easier—it's setting a new standard for the industry.

Job Description

Naboo in a nutshell

Naboo is the platform reinventing how companies organize their events across Europe: offsites, team buildings, parties. Behind every event, there are dozens of financial flows to orchestrate — client payments, partner payments (venues, caterers, activities), re-invoicing — across multiple countries and currencies. Our Fintech team builds and operates the financial rails that make all of this fast, reliable and profitable.

The role

You join the Fintech team to support the full range of operational topics owned by the Fintech function: pay-ins (client payments), pay-outs (partner payments) and re-invoicing, at a European scale. It is a high-impact role, both hands-on with day-to-day flows and a driver of their automation.

Your missions:

Operationally manage pay-in, pay-out and re-invoicing flows: client collections, partner payments (venues, caterers, activities) and re-invoicing across all Naboo events, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and accounting/tax consistency (VAT, multi-currency).

Roll out and grow our payment solutions (virtual cards, cashback). You drive their adoption and return.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Tech and Product to improve payment features, automate the end-to-end workflow and flag anomalies.

Support our internal teams, clients and partners with their payment questions, and keep the relationship smooth and professional.

What you will learn

Preferred Experience

  • Studying finance, business, engineering or a related field.
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented: on payment flows, a mistake shows immediately.
  • Comfortable with numbers, tools (advanced Excel, payment platforms) and the idea of automating rather than repeating.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset to support partners.
  • Fluent English is a must; another European language is a real plus given the international nature of the flows.
  • Autonomous, proactive and at ease in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • AI proficient and enthousiastic
