L'entreprise a été fondée en 2022, une levée de fonds de 2M€ a été réalisée au premier trimestre 2022, le premier million de chiffre d'affaires mensuel a été franchi au premier trimestre 2023, une deuxième levée de fonds de 7,5M€ a été effectuée en février 2024.

Job Description

Working closely with our experienced team, you’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and creating value for the company.

Your mission? Help optimize financial performance by analyzing key data and supporting the sales and operations teams in making strategic decisions.

Here’s what your responsibilities will include throughout this exciting journey:

Financial Analysis & Reporting :

  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and design dashboards tailored to each department’s needs.

    Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual vs. forecast) and clearly explain deviations.

  • Provide regular support to top management in interpreting financial data.

Budgeting & Financial Modeling :

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and, and multi-year plans in collaboration with operational teams.

  • Incorporate operational and financial assumptions into forecasting models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).

  • Develop and maintain simulation models to support strategic decision-making.

Business Partnering & Decision Support :

  • Act as a true business partner to operational teams, supporting them in managing their financial performance.

  • Assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives such as new product launches, market expansion, and investments.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support resource allocation and cost optimization decisions.

Data Accuracy & Closing Processes :

  • Actively participate in monthly and annual closings

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data used in FP&A analyses.

  • Collaborate with auditors during audits and ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement :

  • Automate and secure financial data flows to reduce analysis production times.

  • Contribute to the improvement of performance management tools, reporting models, and budget validation processes.

  • Propose efficiency levers, cost optimization strategies, and FP&A tool structuring.

Preferred Experience

💙 You’re the ideal candidate if :

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial control, or audit, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

  • You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

  • You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, from a business school or university, with a solid grasp of financial fundamentals.

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken 🇬🇧

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: Discovery call with Virginie, Head of Finance, Legal, and HR – 20 minutes

  • Step 2: Interview, and Business Case debrief, with Virginie – 30 minutes

  • Step 3: Speed dating with 4-5 random members of the Naboo team, 15 minutes each
