Descriptif du poste

As an Event Developer Intern, you will get hands-on experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales from day one. Working closely with the SDR Team Lead, you will develop new corporate event opportunities and learn the full sales development cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, and pipeline generation across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). 🚀

This is not a "get coffee and watch" internship. You will own real targets, talk to real prospects, and directly contribute to building Naboo’s presence in one of the most professional and rewarding markets in Europe.

What You'll Do  🔍📞🤝

  • Prospect and research: Identify and qualify target accounts in the DACH region using LinkedIn, Xing, Clay, and AI tools.

  • Develop event opportunities: Run multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to find leads and companies planning retreats, seminars, and corporate off-sites.

  • The Goal: Capture upcoming event details and schedule high-quality meetings between qualified leads and our Account Executives.

  • Conduct discovery calls: Get on the phone with German-speaking HR Leaders and Office Managers to qualify high-value event opportunities.

  • Support the sales team: Help localize event proposals and assist Account Executives in closing key deals.

  • Contribute to the playbook: Help us navigate specific DACH business etiquette and refine our approach to the German-speaking market.

Profil recherché

Must-Haves 🎓

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program.

  • Native-level German speaker with excellent professional writing skills.

  • High level of English (for internal communication).

  • Determined, resilient, and ready to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales.

  • Legal authorization to work in Spain (NIE/TIE and Social Security). Note: We have an agency that will help you through this process in case you don't have these yet.
