Enterprise Acquisition Manager

Naboo is hiring!

About

Naboo’s corporate event concierge service enables the booking of venues, catering, transportation, team-building activities for everything from business meals to seminars to large-scale annual retreats.

The platform utilises AI in the back-end to automate any administrative and/or low value-added tasks through Tech and AI automation. It received its second funding round in 2023.

The event organisation space is ripe for disruption. Despite corporations increasing their event budgets, the sector remains anchored in outdated concierge models and software that hasn't evolved in decades.

Naboo is redefining this landscape by introducing automation that streamlines event planning while elevating the experience for organisers and attendees alike. By prioritising financial transparency and compliance, Naboo is not just making event management easier—it's setting a new standard for the industry.

There's been an explosion of team-building activities and in-person events due to the rise of remote work. It's all about fostering social interaction, creating a feeling of belonging, which engenders employee loyalty and commitment!

Job Description

This role is open to both full-time employees (CDI) and freelancers, based in Paris 🇫🇷 or Montréal 🇨🇦

Naboo is scaling fast: after expanding internationally and raising $70M, we are transitioning from startup to scale-up, and enterprise accounts are now a core driver of our growth.

As our Enterprise Acquisition Manager, you will build the marketing engine that helps our Enterprise Account Executives sign more framework agreements (MSAs) with large companies. You will start by building scalable programs for the enterprise segment as a whole, then progressively move toward more targeted, account-based plays as the motion matures. You will join the Growth team of an AI-native marketing organization, where AI agents are part of the daily toolkit for prospecting, outreach and qualification.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the enterprise target market: segments, verticals and named account lists, based on fit, buying signals and deal potential

- Build and run 1:many enterprise acquisition programs (email and outbound sequences, paid campaigns, nurturing) that generate qualified meetings for the sales team

- Develop 1:few campaigns by vertical or account cluster, with tailored messaging, content and landing pages

- Lay the foundations for 1:1 account-based marketing on the highest-value accounts, once the scalable programs are proven

- Brief the content that moves enterprise deals forward (ROI studies, benchmarks, case studies) with the Content and Product Marketing teams

- Select and activate field events and executive roundtables for target accounts, and make sure follow-up turns into pipeline

- Work hand in hand with Enterprise Account Executives through weekly account and pipeline reviews, so marketing and sales effort point at the same accounts

- Track performance (meetings with decision-makers, pipeline generated, conversion, cost per meeting) and reallocate effort to what works

Preferred Experience

Languages:
- English: professional proficiency required

- French: professional level preferred

Experience:

3 to 5 years in B2B marketing (demand generation, enterprise acquisition or ABM), ideally in a SaaS or tech company selling to large accounts.

Skills:
- Proven track record generating pipeline for an enterprise sales team with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers

- Hands-on experience with outbound and email automation tools and a CRM (HubSpot a plus)

- Ability to build segmented, multi-channel campaigns, not just execute them (lemlist a plus)

- Strong analytical skills: you measure pipeline and conversion, not only volume

- Experience working closely with sales teams, ideally with exposure to ABM programs

- Comfortable using AI tools to scale research, personalization and outreach

Personal Attributes:
- Builder mindset: you are comfortable starting with what works at scale before going fully 1:1

- Direct communication and credibility with sales teams

- Rigor and ownership: you keep your commitments to Sales

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Why Join Naboo ?
- Be part of a fast-growing, internationally expanding company

- Shape the enterprise acquisition motion in a newly structured AI-native marketing team

- Have a direct, measurable impact on revenue from Naboo's largest clients

- Step 2: Case study presentation and speed dating with 4 to 5 team members, including an Enterprise Account Executive (1.5 hours)
