Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end client support experience — fast responses, high satisfaction

  • Handle B2B billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and follow-up on outstanding items

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and partners

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, and Product teams

Preferred Experience

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You speak native French and English

  • You have prior experience in startups or scaleups

  • You have hands-on experience with B2B billing and customer service

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: Video call with a team member (15 min)

  • Step 2: In-person speed dating with 4 to 5 team members (90 min)
