Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

You will be part of our Billing Operations & Customer Support team in Barcelona.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier

  • Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client

  • Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes

  • Participate in the improvement of internal processes

  • Provide effective and clear and answers to clients and suppliers

Preferred Experience

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You are fluent in English and in French (50% of daily operations are in French)

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration

  • You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail

  • You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)

  • You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: Discovery video call with the Head of Operations (20 min)

  • Step 3: Speed dating at the office with 4-5 team members (90 min)
